相思根瘤菌的生理生化特性初步分析 被引量:2

摘要 对22株相思根瘤菌菌株进行生理生化特征的初步研究,这些菌株基本符合Jordan和Allen的根瘤菌分类特征,但其中10株菌株能利用柠檬酸.同时这些菌株利用糖的能力不同,几乎所有的菌株均能利用D-果糖、木糖、山梨醇和糊精,但对其他糖类如麦芽糖、D-半乳糖、棉子糖、鼠李糖和阿拉伯糖则是有的菌株可以利用,有的不能.本研究为进一步的深入研究和应用奠定了基础. Physiological and biochemical speciality of 22 strains of Rhizobium spp.Acacia have been studied.These strains have the main characteristics of the Rhizobium classified by Jordan and Allen,but the 10 of 22 strains can utilize citric acid.The carbohydrate utilization of the 22 strains is different.Most of them can utilize D-fructose,D-xylose,sorbitol and starch gum.But the maltose,D-galactose,raffinose,L-rhamnose and L-arabinose can be utilized by some strains but can not by others.This study lays a foundation for further research.
