摘要
沙田柚果皮经水蒸汽蒸馏,GC-MS联用对其化学成分进行了分析和鉴定.共分离出56个组分,鉴定了其中的52种化合物,占挥发油含量的98.54%.其主要成分为D-烯(62.48%)、大茴香脑(9.50%)、奴卡酮(5.60%)、β-芳樟醇(2.33%)及β-石竹烯(2.26%)等.
The essential oil from pomelo peel was extracted by using steam distillation.The chemical components of the essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS. 56 peaks were separated by GC,and 52 of them were identified by MS with NIST mass sepectral data.The identified components covered 98.54% of the peak area of the essential oil .The major chemical components were D-Limonene(62.48%),Anethol (9.50%) Nootkatone(5.60%),β-Linalool(2.33%),β-Caryophyllene(2.26%) etc.
