3.0mmAO空心松质骨螺钉治疗腕舟骨骨折

Treatment of scaphoid fracture using AO 3.0mm cannulated screw

目的 总结应用 3 .0mmAO空心松质骨螺钉对 9例舟骨骨折病人进行治疗的经验。方法 骨折按Herbert分型 ,A2型 5例 ,B2型 2例 ,B4型 1例 ,D1型 1例。A2型及B2型 7例骨折经皮穿钉进行内固定。B4型 1例伴有舟月骨分离 ,在切开复位固定的同时进行了舟月韧带重建。D1型 1例在切开复位的同时进行了骨移植。患者手术时平均年龄为 3 3岁。结果 术后平均随访 12个月。 9例均获得了骨性愈合。结论 3 .0mmAO空心钉对骨折端可产生良好的加压效果 。

ObjectiveTo summarize the experience of treating scaphoid fra ctures with AO 3.0 mm cannulated screw system. Methods9 patien ts of scaphoid fractures aged from 17-54 years (average:33years) were involved in the study. Acc o rding to Herbert classification, there were 5 cases of type A2, 2 cases of type B2, 1 case of type B4, and 1 case of type D1. 7 cases of type A2 and B2 were tre ated by percutaneous screwing. The one case of type B4 fracture had scapholunat e dissociation and was treated by open reduction and fixation with simultaneous repair of scapholunate ligament. Bone graft was applied in addition to open redu ction and fixation for type D1 fracture. The average follow-up period was 12 mo n ths.ResultsAll cases achieved bone union in 11 weeks. ConclusionThe AO 3 .0 mm cannulated screw system provides good stability at the fracture site, beca use a strong compression can be applied via the cannulated screw and proximal wa sher screw.
