陕南多山地丘陵,河网密布,气候温润,降水丰沛,城镇大多沿江河分布延伸。自近代以来,陕南城镇屡遭洪灾侵袭,对城镇破坏严重,许多城镇因洪灾而被迫迁址,个别城镇甚至消失。因此,在当前的城镇建设中,加强防洪设施的建设必不可少。
There are a lot of mountains and hills and rivers in southern area of Shaan -Xi province. It抯 climate is very warm and wet. The precipitation is very abundant here. Modern southern Shaan Xi抯 urban-towns were arranged and extend along the rivers in the space. Since the modern age, the southern Shaan Xi抯 urban-towns had been attacked and serious devastated by flood from time to time. Many urban-towns had to migrate. Parts of urban-towns were even ruined completely by the flood. Therefore, at present we must strengthen the work of preventing the flood when we are constructing our urban-towns
