要理顺国有企业中委托代理关系 ,核心的问题是要建立起有效的激励约束机制 ,而激励和约束的关键对象是经理层。
In order to straighten the entrusting acting relationship,the kernel of the problem is to build effective encouragement and restraint system.Their key object is manager stratum.
