用正交法探讨罗汉果菊花冲剂的制粒工艺

A Study on the Granule-making Technology for Preparing Luohanguo Chrysanthemum Granule Medicine with Orthogonal Design

采用L_9(3~4)正交试验法,考察了罗汉果菊花冲剂制粒时的白糖粉投料量、用水量、乙醇用量以及混合时间等对合格颗粒的收率的影响,结果表明:白糖粉投料量为170kg,总用水量为6000ml,乙醇用量为800ml,混合时间为8min,为较佳工艺,使合格颗粒的收率达到80%以上。

L_9 (3~4) orthogonal design was adopted to inspect the consumption of white sugar, water and ethanol and the duration of raw material mixing in relation to the granule-attaining rate in pre- paring Luohanguo-Chrysanthemum granule medicine. The result shows that with a consumption of 170kg of white sugar, 6000ml of water and 800ml of ethanol and a duration of 8 minutes, the granule attaining rate reaches about 80%.
