解脲脲原体感染对附睾上皮分泌功能影响的研究

Effects of ureaplasma urealyticum infection of genital tract on epididymal secretion function

目的 探查解脲脲原体感染与男性不育的关系。方法 本文采用DTNB法及Tremblay方法 ,分别对 4 0名患有解脲脲原体感染的男性不育患者 (不育组 )和 4 2名正常生育男性 (对照组 )精浆肉毒碱含量及α 糖苷酶活性测定。结果 解脲脲原体感染的男性不育患者的这两项指标明显低于正常生育男性 ,其中不育组和对照组精浆肉毒碱含量分别为 (94 1 2± 5 7 5 9)和 (2 5 6 4 6± 99 5 8)nmol/ml,两者间差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1 ) ;α 糖苷酶活性分别为 (2 8 4 2± 2 1 84 )和 (4 2 1 2± 2 1 5 5 ) ,两者间差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 解脲脲原体感染可能破坏附睾上皮 。

Objective To explore the effects of ureaplasma urealyticum infection of genital tract on epididymal secretion function.Methods The activity of α glucosidase and the carnitine content in the seminal plasma from infertile men harboring ureaplasma urealyticnm(Uu)(infertility group,40 cases)and normal fertile men(control group,42 cases)were compared in the study.Results It was shown that:(1)the carnitine content in infertile men(94 12±57 59)nmol/ml was significantly lower than that from fertile men(256 46±95 58)nmol/ml, P <0 01.(2)the activity of α glucosidase in infertile mean(28 42±21 8)mIU/ml was lower than that from fertile men(42 12±21 55)mIU/ml, P <0 05.Conclusions The results showed that ureaplasma urealyticnm infection of genital tract might interfere with the epididymal secretion function and may result in male infertility.
