摘要
目的 :观察环维黄杨星D(CVB D)对豚鼠离体右心耳、乳头肌的作用。方法 :制作豚鼠离体右心耳、乳头肌模型 ,观察不同浓度CVB D对其收缩作用以及对乳头肌兴奋阈值的影响。结果 :CVB D在 (0 .0 1~ 0 .1)× 10 -5mol·L-1的浓度下对右心耳的收缩性有降低作用 ,(0 .3~ 1)× 10 -5mol·L-1浓度下对右心耳收缩性有增强作用 ,该作用在 1× 10 -5mol·L-1时最为明显 ,而对其自律性有浓度依赖性抑制作用 ;CVB D对豚鼠乳头肌的收缩性总体有增强趋势 ,对其兴奋性则有明显的抑制作用 ,(0 .3~ 1)× 10 -5mol·L-1浓度范围内表现为波宽 阈值曲线右上移动。结论 :CVB D对豚鼠右心耳增强收缩性 。
AIM: To observe the effects of cyclovirobuxine-D(CVB-D) on isolated guinea pig right atria and papillary muscle. METHODS: The concentrations of (0.01-3) ×10 -5 mol·L -1 of CVB-D were added to the models of isolated guinea pig right atria and papillary muscle. The contraction of the muscles was analyzed and also was the threshold of papillary muscle. RESULTS: At the concentration of (0.01-0.1) ×10 -5 mol·L -1 ,CVB-D slightly depressed the contractibility of the right atria. At the concentration of (0.3-1)×10 -5 mol·L -1 ,CVB-D induced positive inotropic effects and it was the most significant at the concentration of 1×10 -5 mol·L -1. Also, CVB-D inhibited the atria contraction rate in a concentration-dependent manner. CVB-D enhanced the contractility and inhibited the excitability of papillary muscle .At the concentration of (0.3-1)×10 -5 mol·L -1,threshold curve of CVB-D was shift to upright. CONCLUSION: The effects of CVB-D that induce contractility of right atria and inhibit its contraction rate as well as enhance the contractility of papillary muscle and inhibit its excitability are correlate to its concentration.
