MMP-2及TIMP-2在乳腺癌和非典型增生的表达及临床意义

Expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in breast carcinomas and atypical hyperplasia and their clinical significance

目的研究MMP -2及TIMP -2在乳腺癌及非典型增生中的表达及临床意义。方法免疫组化SP法检测30例乳腺癌、15例非典型增生、15例一般增生、15例腺纤维瘤中的蛋白表达。结果乳腺癌MMP -2表达增高 ,与非典型增生有显著性差异 (P<0.05) ,TIMP -2表达低于非典型增生 ,但无显著性差异。结论乳腺癌中MMP -2表达高于乳腺良性病变 ,有助于乳癌与非典型增生的鉴别诊断。

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of MMP-2and TIMP-2in the breast carcinomas and atypical hyperplasia.Methods30cases with breast cancers,15breast fibroadeˉnoma,15atypical hyperplasis,15normal hyperplasia were determined by immunohistochemical staining with anti MMP-2and TIMP-2monoclonal antibodies.Results The exprission of MMP-2was significantly higher in breast cancers than those of atypical hyperplasia(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of MMP-2do help for diagnosis between breast carcinoma and atypical hyperplasia.
