摘要
目的 观察苯那普利对压力负荷性高血压大鼠左室肥厚的防治作用和心肌细胞中钙调神经磷酸酶活性、间质胶原的影响。方法 用腹主动脉缩窄法造成压力负荷性高血压大鼠模型 ,用苯那普利灌胃12周后 ,检测血压、左心室重量、微结构以及胶原含量和钙调神经磷酸酶活性的变化。 结果 苯那普利可以减轻左心室重量 ,降低血压 ,减少胶原的增生 ,并使心肌中钙调神经磷酸酶活性降低 ,微结构稳定。结论 苯那普利可以防治心肌肥厚 。
Objective To explore the function of benazepril for preventing left ventricular hypertrophy and its effect on calcineurin activation and collagen content.Methods Blood pressure, left ventricular weight, microstructure , collagen content and calcineurin activation of heart after 12 weeks of perfusing the drug were detected in the rats of hypertensive model resulted by abdominal aorta constriction.Results Benazepril reduced left ventricular weight, decreased blood pressure, reduced hyperplasia of collagen and calcineurin activation, and make microstructure stable as well.Conclusion Benazepril could prevent and treat left ventricular hypertrophy, which could be the results of both reduction of blood pressure and calcineurin activation.
