放射性核素骨显象诊断股骨头缺血性坏死

Radionuclide Bone Imaging in Diagnosis of Ischemic Necrosis of Femoral Head

本文报告53例股骨头缺血性坏死的核素骨显象结果,阳性率为98.6%。X线检查阳性率为85.7%。表明骨显象能早期发现股骨头坏死。对 X 线检查阴性而可疑有股骨头坏死的患者应做骨显象检查,以免误、漏诊。

Bone imaging was done in fifty three patients with ischemic necrosis of femoral head,of them 98.6 percent was positive,and 85.7 percent was positive by X-ray examination.It indicates that early ischemic necrosis of femoral head can be detected by bone imaging.When X-ray examination was neative, bone imaging should be done in patients suspected of having ischemic necrosis of femoral head.So that erro- neous and missing diagnosis will be avoided.
