摘要
实验将34只家兔双桡骨中段造成骨折,左前肢外敷中药,右侧作自身对照组。骨折后2、3、4、5周分别将桡骨完整取出,17只进行生物力学测试,另一半进行荧光显微镜组织学观察。通过受试桡骨抗扭刚度、截面剪应力的测试和桡骨骨折处直径的测量,证明骨折后4周中药外敷组的生物力学特性均强于未用药组。将四环素标记的桡骨作骨折处断面磨片,通过荧光显微镜组织学观察,提示外敷中药组骨愈合过程较对照组提早出现。
The middle portions of the diaphyses of 34 rabbit's radius were broken.All the left forelegs were treated with external application of Chinese traditional medicine and for contrast the right forelegs were kept together forming a section without any treatment as a'control'group.The bones were completely removed for examination respectively in the 2nd,third,fourth and fifth week after fracture, among which 17 cases were studied with biomechanical examination and in the rest 17 ones their histo- logical changes under fluoro-microscopy were observed.Judging from the measurement of the torsional stiffness,the shearing stress of the cross section as well as the diameter of the fractured part of the bone, it proved the character of the biomechanical change of the group with treatment in the fourth week after fracture is better than that of the'control'group.A thin section on the broken region of the radius which was stained with tetracycline as land mark was made and examined under fluoro—microscopy.It sug- gested the union process of the fractured bones with treatment is earlier than that of the'control'group.
