电化学法合成L-磺基丙氨酸的机理研究 被引量:1

摘要 以L 胱氨酸和氢溴酸为原料 ,采用间接电氧化法合成L 磺基丙氨酸的循环伏安行为 ,研究表明 ,阳极发生典型的EC催化过程 ,电极反应和后续化学反应互相促进 ,反应速度快 ,电流效率高。交流阻抗法和电势阶跃法测得电极反应和后续化学反应速率常数分别为 6 11× 10 -4s-1和 0 80s-1。 The cyclic voltammetry behaviors of hydrobromic acid and cystine showed it was a typical EC reaction. Anode reaction and successive chemical reaction accelerated each other to get a high speed and current efficiency.AC impedence method and potential step method were applied to determine the rate constants of electrode reaction and chemical reaction . Experiments showed that the rate constant of chemical reaction which was 0.80s^(-1) was much larger than that of electrode reaction which was 6.11×10^(-4)s^(-1).
