摘要
本文介绍了弱磁—强磁—浮选流程选别包头白云鄂博中贫氧化矿工业分流试验结果,对其若干技术关键进行了系统的讨论,分析了主要选别作业的选别效果和主要矿物的分选行为,探讨了综合回收铌、钪的可行途径。认为该新工艺流程不仅能有效地回收铁和稀土,而且为铌、钪等综合回收提供了可行途径。
This paper gives the test results obtaiued by processing industrial split-flow pulp of medium-low grade oxide ores from Bayan Oho mine with a low intensity magnetic separation-flotation flowsheet and discusses some key technical problems concerned.Based on the analysis of separation results of main separation operations and the separation behaviours of main minerals,the authors seek the possible ways to comprehensively recover niobium and scandium.It is concluded that the process flowsheet can not only recover effectively iron and rare-earths, but also provide a possible way to comprehensively recover niobium and scandium,
