高剂量顺铂联合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤(附116例报告)

Combined Chemotherapy with High-Dose Cisplatin in the Treatment of Refractory Malignancies.A Clinical Report of 116 Cases

本文采用高剂量顺铂联合化疗116例晚期恶性肿瘤(DDP50～108mg/m^2/次),对睾丸癌和乳腺癌疗效较好,缓解率为100％和81％,对非小细胞肺癌、食管癌,恶性黑色素瘤和鼻咽癌也有效。2例成骨肉瘤肺转移病灶有明显缩小。副作用主要为呕吐(83％),骨髓抑制不重,未见明显肾功异常。

The results of combined chemotherapy with high-dose DDP in 116 patients with refractory malignancies during the period 1984 to 1987 are reported.The dosage of DDP used was 50-108 mg/m^2 through IV drip along with hydration of and diuresis.repeated every 3 weeks,for 2-4 cycles. The responsive rates and remission durations for various advanced malignant tumors were:81% and 2-24 months for breast cancer treated by PCMF regimen;100% and 3-60 months for testicular cancer treated by PPV regimen;50% and 2-18 months for NSCLC treated by PPV or PMFV regimens; 39% and 2-12 months for malignant melanoma treated by PBDV regimen; 44% and 5 months for esophageal cancer treated by PPV regimen.The pulmonary metastatic foci from osteogenic sarcoma in 2 patients treated by PCAV regimen showed marken regression. The toxicities observed were severe vomiting (83%),mild myelosuppression,and hepatic damage in a few patients,while renal damage was not observed.
