摘要
以无水乙醇为溶剂、γ Al2O3为载体,采用过量浸渍法制备了一系列磷钨杂多酸(PW)催化剂,用XRD,NH3 TPD等手段对其物化性质进行了表征,并考察该类催化剂在萘与异丙醇的烷基化反应中的催化性能。结果表明,PW负载质量分数达到40%仍高度分散于γ Al2O3表面,此时催化剂呈现较高的活性(萘转化率71 7%)和β,β′位选择性(82 7%),低负载量有利于2,6 DIPN的生成。该催化剂的适宜活化温度和反应温度分别为573K和473K。
Alkylation of naphthalene with isopropanol in the 100 mL batch stainless-steel autoclave with stirring was studied using 12-tungstophosphoric acid (PW) supported on alumina as catalyst. The XRD and NH_3-TPD spectra of samples showed that PW could be highly dispersed on the surface of alumina and has the highest acid amount until the concentration of PW is 40% by weight. It is preferable for the production of 2,6-DIPN. The experiment showed that 40% PW/ γ -Al_2O_3 exhibits the highest catalytic activity and the suitable activated temperature and reaction temperature are 573 K and 473 K respectively.
