摘要
以工具磨床刃磨铣刀螺旋刃的数控改造为例,阐述了基于单片机控制的数控改造方法。其磨床改造方案是采用单片机作为控制系统,步进电机作为驱动执行装置的闭环控制系统。
By taking the NC reformation of milling cutter's helix blade sharpening as an example, the paper sets forth the general method of reformation of control system for NC, which is based on single-chip microcomputer. The NC remaking scheme of tool grinder is a closed-loop control system, which uses single-chip microcomputer as a control system and step motor as the executive equipment.
