摘要  为了在不另设辅助电路的情况下最大限度地减小软开关电路中的环流,本文提出了一种能降低导通损耗的新的零电压开关(ZVS)和零电流开关(ZCS)的脉宽调制式(PWM)变流器,这种交叉式双开关正向软开关变流器具有元器件少、效率高、功率密度大以及成本较低等优点,适合于大功率应用场合。阐述了其工作原理且作了稳态分析,构建了一个500W、100kHz的IGBT实验电路证实了该电路的性能。 To minimize the circulating current in soft-switching circuits with no additional auxiliary circuits, this paper presents a new ZVS and ZCS PWM DC-DC converter with reducing conduction losses. The interleaved two-switch through soft-switching converter has many advantages such as less components, higher efficiency, high power density and low cost for high power applications. The principle of operation is illustrated together with steady-stage analysis. By implementing a 500W-100kHz breadboard using IGBTs, the performance of the proposed converter is verified.
