本文报告33例结肠癌所致急性肠梗阻的诊治体会.认为结肠癌是大肠梗阻的常见原因.无腹部手术史的老年患者肠梗阻应首先考虑结肠癌的可能性,腹透是常用而较简便的鉴别诊断方法之一.钡灌肠和纤维结肠镜应慎用,作者提倡在严格掌握指征的情况下争取行Ⅰ期吻合术.并对其适应症进行了讨论,本组25例行根治术加Ⅰ期吻合.无吻合口瘘发生。

Tirty-three patients with acute intestinal obstruction caused by carcinoma of colon were seen in this hospital. Carcinoma of colon is one of the commonest cause of colonic obstruction and therefore it should be taken into consideration when intestinal obstruction occurred in senile patients especially who had no history of abdominal surgical intervention. Fluoroscopy of the abdomen is a diagnostic measure most useful in the differential diagnosis. Barium enema and colon-fiberscopy should be adopted with care. The authors strongly advocate one stage resection and anastomosis under stringent layed down principles. Discussion was made as to its indication. There was no anastomotic leakage took place in all the 25 patients who underwent radical resection plus I stage anastomosis.
