摘要
目的 检测在校健康女生经期血清中白细胞素 10 (IL 10 ) ,并探讨IL 10变化与月经期间机体免疫状态变化的相关性。方法 4 1例在校健康女生月经期和 4 0例在校健康女生非月经期血清IL 10的测定采用双抗体夹心ELISA检测法。结果 在校健康女生月经周期内血清IL 10浓度分别为月经前期 2 2 4 5± 2 3 6、经期 35 1 2± 2 7 3、月经终末期 10 3 6± 2 1 7(pg ml) ,非月经期血清IL 10浓度为 92 5± 2 1 6 (pg ml)。月经期与非月经期女生相比较 ,在校健康女生月经期内血清IL 10明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,随着在校健康女生月经周期的改变逐渐下降至正常。结论 IL
Objective To detect serum interleukin-10(IL-10)in school girl with menstrual phase and to analyse the Immune state Change and significance of IL-10 in the course of school healthy girl. Methods Serum IL-10 of 41 cases of school healthy girl with menstrual phase and 40 cases from school healthy girl with no- menstrual phase were detected by double antibody(sandwich) ELISA. Results Serum IL-10 concentrations in school healthy girl menstrual cycle on premenstrual phase, menstrual phase and menstrual telophase were 224 5±23 6; 351 2±27 3; 103 6±21 7. respectively, the average level of school healthy girl with no- menstrual phase is 92 5±21 6 pg/ml. Compared with no- menstrual phase, serum IL-10 concentrations of cases with menstrual phase of school girl were significantly higher, and decreased gradually to normal with the change of menstrual cycle. Conclusion The of serum IL-10 concentrations is a defensive reaction of the body in school girl with menstrual phase.
