The relation between TGFβ_1 and pericyte in angiogenesis of breast cancer

摘要 目的 分析TGFβ1 与周细胞在乳腺癌血管生成中的相互关系及作用。方法 取 5 0例手术切除乳腺癌新鲜标本 ,采用免疫组织化学染色、原位杂交技术 ,结合体视学分析方法 ,研究TGFβ1 及周细胞在乳腺癌中的表达情况。结果 TGFβ1 蛋白质可表达在新生血管周细胞的胞浆中 ,同时也可表达于乳腺癌癌细胞及新生血管内皮细胞 ;TGFβ1mRNA主要表达在血管周细胞的胞浆中 ,只有极少数癌细胞呈弱阳性表达。乳腺癌中TGFβ1 mRNA的表达与周细胞的表达正相关 ,P <0 0 1。结论 提示周细胞通过TGFβ1 Objective To investigate the expression of TGFβ 1 in pericyte of the angiogenesis during tumor development.Methods We study mammalian cancer samples by stereoscopy analysis, immunohistochemistry and in-situ hybridization.Results TGFβ 1 protein expressed in cancer cells, endothelium cells, pericytes of blood vessels. TGFβ 1 mRNA mainly distribute in the cytoplasm of pericyte. Stereoscopy Analysis showed that, in breast cancer, there are positive correlation between area of TGFβ 1 mRNA expression and area of pericyte.Conclusion Results imply that pericyte regulate the angiogenesis through TGFβ 1 secretion.
