脑肿瘤患者血浆前列环素和血栓素A_2水平的探讨

Prostacyclin and Thromboxane Levels in Patients with Brain Tumor

本文应用放射免疫分析法检测32例脑肿瘤和7例脑转移瘤患者血浆6-酮-PGF1α及血栓素B_2水平,结果表明恶性脑肿瘤患者血浆6-酮-PGF1α,血栓素B_2水平及血栓素B_2/6-酮-PGF1α比值较正常对照组明显升高;良性脑肿瘤患者血浆血栓素B_2及血栓素B_2/6-酮-PGF1α比值亦较正常对照组升高。恶性脑肿瘤患者血浆血栓素B_2升高较良性肿瘤更明显。脑内转移瘤患者均伴有血栓素B_2水平的升高。本文就脑肿瘤患者血浆6-酮-PGF1α及血栓素B_2升高的机理,临床意义,血栓素A_2和前列环素失平衡与肿瘤转移的关系作了初步探讨。

Peripheral plasma contents of 6-keto-PGF_(1α) and thromboxane B_2(TXB_2)were determined by radioimmunoassay in 32 patients with brain tumor. The prostaglandin levels and TXB_2/6-keto-PGF_(1α) ratio were significantly higher in patients with malignant tumors than in normal controls. Patients with benign tumors were also associated with signifcantly ele- vated plasma TXB_2 levels and TXB_2/6-keto-PGF_(1α) ratio. The increased TXB_2 levels in eases of malignant tumors were more significant than those with benign tumors. The elevated TXB_2 levels were detected in all patients with metastasis. Discussion over mechanism of elevation of prostaglandin levels in plasma, its effect on pathophysiological function and clinical significance, the relationship between imbalance of TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_(1α) with metastasis were made.
