摘要
采用光固化技术制备了光固化树脂(EEPE)及其玻璃纤维增强(EEPE/GF)复合材料,研究了各种单体配比对EEPE力学性能的影响,经过比较确定了可用于制备复合材料的单体配比;比较了EEPE与EEPE/GF复合材料的力学性能。结果表明,采用光固化技术制备EEPE基复合材料具有可行性;EEPE/GF复合材料的弯曲性能、横向剪切强度及冲击强度明显优于EEPE,而纵向剪切强度低于EEPE。在光固化过程中,由于EEPE/GF复合材料中增强纤维对光的反射、漫射甚至吸收,使试样厚度受到一定的限制。
Light-cured resin(EEPE) and its glass fiber reinforced composite (EEPE/GF) were prepared through light-cured technique. The influence of monomers proportion on mechanical properties of EEPE was investigated, and the monomers proportion of resin matrix in light-cured composite was determined. The properties of EEPE and EEPE/GF composite were compared. The results showed that the preparation of EEPE matrix cmposite by light-cured technique was doable. The properties of EEPE/GF composite, such as bending property, transverse shear strength and impact strength, were superior to EEPE, but longitudinal shear strength. During the light-cured process the curing thickness of EEPE/GF composite was limited, because the light was reflected, diffused and absorbed by reinforced fiber in composite.
