摘要
以共聚聚丙烯(PP)为基体树脂、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)为增韧剂,并添加少量的均聚PP制得符合汽车保险杠性能要求的专用料。探讨了基体树脂配比、POE及均聚PP用量对专用料性能的影响。结果表明,当共聚PP中PPB1与PPB2两种牌号的质量比为30:70,POE质量分数为20%,均聚PP质量分数为15%~20%时,专用料的性能达到国内外同类产品的水平。
Special material for automobile bumper was developed by using co-polypropylene as basic resin, POE as toughening agent, and adding some homo-polypropylene. The influence of compounding ratio of basic resin, dosages of POE and homo-polypropylene on the mechanical property of special material was discussed. The results showed that the property of the special material could meet the standards of other allied products at home and abroad when the conditions were as follows: mass ratio of PPB1/PPB2 was 30/70, mass fraction of POE was 20% , homo-polypropylene was 15% ~20%.
