大型PVC-U供水管件的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF LARGE-SCALE PVC-U PIPE FITTINGS FOR WATER SUPPLY

以聚氯乙烯(PVC)为基体,加入热稳定剂、润滑剂、抗冲击改性剂等,经挤出造粒制得用于生产大型硬质PVC(PVC-U)供水管件的PVC-U材料。并用该材料生产了PVC-U供水管件。测试结果表明,该PVC-U材料具有良好的力学性能、成型加工性和热稳定性,管件性能达到相关技术标准要求。

Rigid polyvinyl chloride( PVC-U) material applied in large-scale PVC-U pipe fittings for water supply was manufactured by extrusion graining with pohvinyl chloride (PVC) as matrix, thermal stabilizer, lubricant, and anti-impacting modifier as additives. And the material was used to manufacture PVC-U pipe fittings for water supply. The property testing results showed that the PVC-U material had good mechanical property, processing and thermostability, and the pipe fittings coult meet the standard.
