摘要
介绍了上海市用村脂砂代替粘土砂造型的几个实例。文章认为,采用树脂砂无箱造型有利于提高铸件质量,降低铸件成本;要解决树脂砂铸造设备的国产化问题,首先要提高产品质量、加强售后服务以及提高元件的可靠性。
Fei Luochu and others. State of Resin-bonded Sand Moulding in Shanghai. In the paper, several examples of moulding with resin-bonded sand taking place of claybonded sand in Shanghai are introduced. The paper considers that resin-bonded sand boxless moulding is contributory to improving casting quality and reducing casting costs and the way to have the equipment for resin-bonded sand moulding made domestically is improved quality, better service affter sale and high reliability of the parts.
