可拆卸式固定义齿的研制

Study on detachable fixed prosthesis

目的 研制一种兼有固定义齿和活动义齿优点的义齿固位装置。方法 固位装置制作成双层冠、由螺丝和螺母固定的可拆卸结构。根据牙体体积、形态、牙位的不同。由金属钛制作成各种规格的螺丝、螺母和配套工具 ,对所设计的固位装置进行力的测试和分析 ,并对临床 139例患者进行应用 ,取得良好效果。结果 可拆卸式固定义齿具有良好的固定效果 ,并可定期拆卸清理基牙牙周和桥体的菌斑和结石。结论 可拆卸式固定义齿同时具有可摘义齿和固定义齿的优点且固位良好 。

Objective To produce a kind of denture retainer device which has both the merits of the fixed prosthesis and the movaable dentures. Methods The retainer device is a disassembled one, which canbe made in double deck crest, fixed by bolts and nuts. Whatever specs the boltsand nuts are,as well as the qualified tools according to the different toothvolume and shape are made of metal titanium,it is clear that this kind of retainer has good effect approved by clinical application. Results Detachablefixed prosthesis has nice fixation effect,and can be removed to clean up bacterium speckle and calculus on the periodontal membrane of the abutment teeh andpontic. Conclusion Detachable fixed prosthesis has both the merits of thefixed prosthesis and the moveable dentures,besides good fixing ability. So it must have a prosperous application future.
