摘要 RNA干扰 (RNAi)是一种转录后基因沉默现象 ,实验研究发现其机制主要可分为长双链RNA(dsRNA)被加工处理成小干扰RNA(siRNA)、识别并剪切mRNA、RNAi作用倍增放大 3个阶段。RNAi技术在肿瘤基因治疗、抑制病毒复制等方面显示出良好应用前景。
