Hepatocyte growth factor and its receptor in hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 肝细胞生长因子 (HGF)是正常肝细胞增生的强促有丝分裂原。近年研究发现 ,HGF同样影响肝细胞癌的生物学行为 ,其受体 (c Met原癌基因编码蛋白 )也与原发性肝癌关系密切 。
