空气冲击造型冲击阀数学模型的研究

摘要 采用计算机动态检测系统对空气冲击造型时冲击阀板开启运动加速度进行了测量,冲击阀板最大正加速度为1010m/s^2。在对冲击阀板的运动过程进行理论分析的基础上,建立了空气冲击造型冲击阀数学模型。理论计算结果与实际测试结果基本吻合。 The opening moving acceleration of the impact valve plate was measured by means of computer dynamic testing system,while air impact moulding being carried out, The maximum positive acceleration of the impact valve plate was 1010m/s^2. Under the basis of theoritical analysis of the movement process of impact valve plate, the mathematic model of impact valve in air impact moulding has been established, The theoritical calculation result and practical testing reult are basically identical with each other.
