介绍了聚对苯撑二甲基系列涂层的制备方法和成膜机理 ,讨论了化学气相沉积聚合的主要特点 ,阐明了Parylene膜的结构与性能的关系以及几种常用Parylene膜的性能特点 。

Preparation method and polymerization mechanism of poly( p _xylylene) are reviewed in this paper. The main character of Chemical Vapor Deposition(CVD) polymerization is also introduced.The relations between the properties and structures of parylenes are discussed.Advance in application of parylenes is commented.
