ERP体现了当今国际上先进的企业管理理论 ,是企业信息化集成的最佳方案。然而 ,目前普遍存在着ERP系统实施成功率不高的状况。本文分析了ERP实施阶段存在的主要风险 。

ERP represents the world-wide advanced enterprise management theory currently, and it is the best solution of enterprise information integration. However, there are still many universally existing situations that the success ratio of implementation of ERP system is not so high. This paper analyzes the main risks existing in the phase of implementation of ERP, and brings forward the way to deal with the risk management.
