摘要
高校教职工在岗位聘任制环境下心理应激程度不断增强,一旦超过适当限度,可能对工作效率产生消极影响。管理者可通过完善制度、加强思想政治工作、改善生活工作环境等措施将应激控制在适当强度,有利于高校人力资源的可持续开发和工作效率的提高。
With the practicing of the post-oriented employment system at colleges or universities, the capacity of faculty to react on stimulation in such situations is increasing and will have negative impacts on work efficiencies while it surpasses some limits. In favor of the sustainable development of human resourceand the stable improvment of work efficiency, the managers should take measures to make the stimulation intensity controlled among suitable ranges by perfectingthe system, enhancing the ideological work and improving the situation for livelihood and work etc.
