《川西北草地牛皮蝇蛆病的研究》之二——“害获灭”(lvomec)驱杀牦牛皮蝇蛆后血液生理生化指标的研究

摘要 '害获灭'(Ivo■nec)是美国默沙东药厂生产的一种防治家畜内外寄生虫的广谱驱虫药,我们于1990年(?)——11月用该药驱杀牦牛皮蝇蛆后,进行了牦牛血液生理生化指标的研究,研究结果,'害获灭'按每公斤体重150、175、200微克皮下注射患牛皮蝇蛆病的牦牛后,试验组牦牛的WBC、RBC、Hb、BPC等生理指标与对照组基本相似,试验组牦牛的TTT、ZnTT、SOPT、Ⅱ、Bun、SGOT、AKP、TP、A、G、Sug等生化指标与对照组比较均(?)显著差异(P>0.05),由此说明,'害获灭'驱杀牦牛皮蝇蛆是安全可行的,对牦牛的肝功、肾功、心脏、骨骼、蛋白质代谢、糖代谢等无任何影响。 The authors determined Some physiological and biochemical parameters in yak's blood after expelling of larvae of Hypoderma by using Ivomec, which was a broad spectrum anti—parasites drug produced by U.S.A. The drug was administrated by hypodermic injection with doses of 150, 175 and 200meg/kg body weighto, Experimental results showed that, the physiological parameters uch as red blood count (RBC), white blood count (WBC), hemolobin (Hb) and blood platelet count (BPC) in experimental group were basicly similar to that of control group which was without drug application, and there were no significant differences between two groups in following biochamical parameter values (P>0.05), including thymol turbidity test(TTT), zinc sulphate tur-S bidity test(ZnTT), ictoras indek(II), blood urea nitrogen (Bun), serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase(SGPT), serum glutamic dxaloacetic transaminase (SGOT), alkaline phosphatase(AKP), total protein (TP), albumin (A), globulins(G) and blood sugar (Sug)etc. It is concluded that, Ivomec is safe to yak, which has no any influences on functions of the animel's liver, kidney, heart and bone, ane the proteins and carbohydrates metablism.
