摘要
为充分利用原有房屋建筑进行加层 ,对原建筑地基承载力、结构、构件的承载能力以及房屋建筑的整体性作了分析 ,提出了旧建筑加层的考虑因素 。
In order to make full use of existing building design for enlargement in floor number is made. Based upon analysis on the foundation's bearing capacity of old building, bearing capacity of structural elements and integrality the factors needing considerations are proposed in order to release crises in land resources.
