针对实际工程中房屋地基的不均匀沉降问题 ,分析了房屋不均匀沉降时结构的应力应变 ,阐述了造成不均匀沉降的有关因素 ,并提出了相应的防治措施。

According to uneven settlement of buildings the stress strain of the structure experiencing uneven settlement is analyzed as well as the causes of uneven settlement. In addition corresponding preventive and control measures are proposed.
