四物片中芍药苷的HPLC测定 被引量：5

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Siwu Tablets by HPLC

摘要 建立了测定四物片中芍药苷含量的HPLC法。采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.05mol/L KH2PO4溶液(40∶60)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长230 nm。方法平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.81%。 A HPLC method for determination of paeoniflorin in Siwu tablets was established. A Diamonsil C18column was used with the mobile phase of methanol -0.05mol/L KH2PO4 solution(40∶60), at the detection wavelength of230nm. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The average recovery was 99.4% with RSD of 1.81%.
