用催化裂解轻油研制混凝土高效减水剂

催化裂解轻油(DCC轻油)由于芳烃含量高,不能直接作为成品柴油,以其作为原料在实验室研制混凝土高效减水剂,取得较好结果,且所采用的工艺简单,原料利用率高。性能测试结果表明,研制的高效减水剂小试样品符合国家标准一级品要求。该项研究已获国家发明专利。

Abstruct:As catalytic cracking light oil(DCC light oil)has high content of arene,it can not directly be used as finished diesel oil,yet it can be used as raw material to make high efficiency water reducer for concrete in laboratory and it has a better result.The process is simple and utilization of raw material is high.The result of performance test shows that the sample of high efficiency water reducer meets the requirement of first class product of the Nation stan-dard.This has been obtained the national invention patent.
