摘要
采用美国Rpp公司具有代表性的双组分水性环氧涂料产品EPI-REZTMResin3520-WY-55环氧乳液及其配套水性固化剂EPI-CURETM8537-WY-60来配制色漆,根据其固化机理和配方设计的特殊性,重点探讨水性助剂,如消泡剂、润湿分散剂、流变助剂等的选择依据,确定适合本体系使用的水性助剂产品。
Abstruct:Colour paint is made by adopting epoxy emulsion EPI-REZ TM Resin3520-WY-55and its accessory wa ter based curing agent EPI-CURE TM 8537-WY-60that are representative of two-component water based epoxy paint of U.S.RPP Corp.According to its curing mechanism and particularity of its formula design,puts stress on selection of wa ter based accesso ry ingredient such as antifoamer,humectant dispersing agent,rheological accessory ingredi ent etc.It points out water based accessory ingredients suitable for this system.
