摘要
对羧烃基和羧酸高级脂肪醇酯共同改性硅油 ,在多种条件下进行了乳化试验 ,用MASTERSIZE 2 0 0 0激光衍射粒度分析仪测试乳液粒度。结果表明 :羧烃基和羧酸高级脂肪醇酯共同改性的硅油PHMS -g-AA -SA乳液 ,其粒度明显比羧酸高级脂肪醇酯改性硅油的更小 ,乳液稳定性更好 ,改性硅油PHMS -g -AA -SA的最佳乳化HLB值更高 ;在PHMS -g -AA -SA中 ,随着羧烃基含量增加而变得更易乳化 ;其乳液的稳定性在一定pH值范围内 ,随着pH值的升高而提高。
It was emulsified that silicone had been co-modified with carboxyalkyl and long chain alcohol carboxylate under some different condition, and the emulsion of modified silicone was tested using MASTERSIZE 2000 laser diffract granulometer. In contrast to modified silicone PHMS-g-SA emulsion, the stability and particle size of emulsion of modified silicone PHMS-g-AA-SA become better, and the best HLB value of modified silicone PHMS-g-AA-SA becomes high. It changes easier being emulsified with the increasing of the content of AA in PHMS-g-AA-SA. The stability in storage of PHMS-g-AA-SA becomes high with the increasing of pH value in the certain range.
