摘要 以甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚二元醇、羟基硅油、叔胺二元醇为主要原料 ,经预聚、扩链、引入亲水基、季铵化反应、乳化等过程 ,制得固含量为 2 0 %的耐溶剂型有机硅改性阳离子聚氨酯乳液。胶膜浸泡于水、甲苯中 72h后 ,膜分别增重 2 3 .1 % ,2 5 0 % ,在甲苯中 3 0d ,膜仍保持完整。用于牛鞋面革涂饰 ,提高乳液对坯革的润湿、铺展性能 ,涂层更均匀 ,且耐甲苯、醋酸丁酯的浸渍。 The polyurethane cationic emulsion modified with organ-silicone(solid weight 20%),with the properties of resistance to solvent, was prepared from 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate, diol polyether, hydroxyl terminated poly(dimethylsiloxane)and N-methyldiethanolamine by prepolymerizing, extending, quaterisation and emulsifying. The results of resistance test to solvent show that the mass of the modified polyurethane film was increased by 23.1% and 250.86% separately after dipped into water and toluene for 72h, and the film isn't damaged after dipped into toluene for 30d. Used for shoe leather finish, the latex wetting and spreading out to chrome crust leather were improved obviously, as well as the coating is more uniform, and coating resistance to soak in toluene or butyl acetate.
