摘要
综述了近年来蛋白质疏水性分析检验方法的研究和应用,介绍了蛋白质疏水性测定方法研究中所取得的理论成果,以求对蛋白质疏水性与其功能有更全面的认识和评估。
A summary of the latest researching development and application on the empirical methods of protein hydrophobicity analysis,to get a more comprehensive understanding and evaluation between protein hydrophobicity and their functionality,also achievements in terms of theory on the methods of protein hydrophobic estimation were discussed.
