摘要 为了解腌制海产品有机磷残留状况 ,对生产、流通领域的腌制海产品进行了监督检查 ,并以随机抽样的方式对样品进行检测 ,鳗鱼干中敌敌畏的平均残留量为 0 .0 49mg/kg ,敌百虫的平均残留量为 0 .78mg/kg。宁波市部分腌制海产品存在着人为农药污染现象 ,须加大对生产流通领域腌制海产品卫生监督管理 ,严格执法 。 In order to know the status of organic phosp horus remains in pickled marine products,supervision and inspection of pickled ma rine products in markets and factories were carried out.Some kind of pesticides were tested by random sampling.The average level of dichlorvos in pickled eel is 0.049mg/kg,and the average level of metrifonate is 0.78 BFQmg/kg. Pa rt of the pickled products in Ningbo exist intentionally pesticide pollution.The health inspection agencies must strengthen supervison and management,enforce t he law strictly to guarantee the safety of the pickled marine products.
