作为人类社会政治成果总和的政治文明,同物质文明、精神文明紧密相连,柑互促进。根据中国历史、现实特点,建设社会主义的政治文明,必须以民主政治建设为中心,抓住完善人民代表大会制度等环节。政治文明建设战略任务的提出,是马克思主义在当代中国的发展,是建设社会主义现代化的战略部署,对建设小康社会有重要意义。

According to the features of Chinese reality, the building of socialist political civilization must center on democratic political construction and manage to improve the system of People's Congress. It plays a significant role in the building of the well - off society.
