西部开发中的投融资策略研究

实施西部大开发战略的几年时间里,国家加大了对西部地区建设资金投入的力度,西部利用外资和其他资金取得了显著的成绩。但相对于我国发达地区和国外对落后地区的开发进程来看,我国在西部开发过程中的投融资策略还是略显单调,有必要借鉴经验,开拓思路,进一步完善开发过程中的投融资机制。

In several years of implementing West Development strategy ,our country has strengthened the investment of con-struction funds in West Regions greatly and the West has utilized the foreign capitals and other domestic funds to attain remark-able achievements. But in contrast to the development course of developed areas in China and lagged areas in foreign countries, the tactics of investment and financing for West in China still resemble slightly monotonous. It is necessary for us to use foreign experiences for reference and to widen our minds,so as to perfect and develop the investment and financing mechanism in the course of further development.
