摘要
目的 :探讨眼镜蛇毒中毒模型凝血功能的动态变化。方法 :用中华眼镜蛇毒于家兔制作眼镜蛇伤模型 ,并设蛇伤药酒组和生理盐水组作为对照 ,分别于注蛇毒前 1d ,注蛇毒后 6h、2 4h和 7d从家兔耳缘静脉采抗凝血作凝血指标和血细胞检测。结果 :眼镜蛇毒组PT在注毒后 6h明显缩短 (P <0 .0 1) ,PT、Fbg和PLT在注毒后 2 4h均有显著变化(均为P <0 .0 1)。生理盐水组没有这些变化 ,蛇伤药酒组这些变化亦不明显。结论 :中华眼镜蛇毒在家兔模型中可影响外源凝血系统 ,导致家兔在中毒后数小时至 2 4h产生急性DIC而使血液呈高凝状态。蛇伤药酒可防止急性DIC的发生。
Objective: To study the developing changes of blood coagulation functions in rabbit models with Chinese cobratoxin damages. Methods: The animal models were made by injection of Chinese cobratoxin on rabbits. Sna kebite tincture and physiological saline were designed for contrasts. The blood coagulation indices and blood cells from blood sampling of ear border vein were determined before and after injection cobratoxin. Results: The PT obviously is s hortened(P<0.01) after injection toxin 6 h and PT, Fbg and PLT all have remarkable variations(all for the P<0.01) after inject ion toxin 24 h for eobratoxin group. These indices in saline group and tinctur e group have not change. Conclusion: The extrinsic coagulation system is affect ed in rabbit models with Chinese cobratoxin damages. The acute DIC is produced a nd blood present the high coagulation after rabbits poisoning some hours to 24 h . The tincture can prevent the acute DIC.
