四肢长骨开放骨折固定中的若干问题

开放性四肢长骨骨折的治疗和闭合性骨折一样,要充分复位,有骨缺损应及时修复,骨折固定要牢靠。这不仅有利于骨愈合,而且有利于防治感染;有利于伤口的修复与愈合;有利于恢复肢体的功能和减少各种并发症。闭式冲洗和/或负压引流是防治感染最基本的措施之一。

Stable fixation is not only beneficial for fracture healing, preventing and trearing infections, but also for wound healing, functiinal recovery and decreasing complications, Closed irragation and or suction drainage is one of the most essential measures in the prevention and treatment of infections.
