置管溶栓术治疗下肢深静脉血栓的护理(附21例报告)

Nursing care in treating acute and chronic deep venous thrombosis by catheter directed thrombolysis

目的 探讨置管溶栓术治疗下肢深静脉血栓的护理措施。方法 对21例置管溶栓术后患者实施了针对性护理。结果 21例患者均置管成功,术后均未发生溶栓导管并发症及出血倾向;症状与体征均有不同程度的好转。结论 置管溶栓术治疗下肢深静脉血栓具有创伤小、安全性大、见效快等优点;术前、术后实施合理的护理是保证治疗成功的重要环节。

Objective To explore the measures of nursing care in treating acute and chronic deep venous thrombosis by catheter directed thromholysis. Methods To aim directly at the various questions, nursing cares were carried out on 21 patients after catheter directed thrombolysis. Results The operations of 21 patients were all succeed. There were no occurrence of complication and hemorrhagic tendency. Symptom and physical of 21 patients took a turn for the better at different degrees. Conclusions There are some virtues of microwound, safe and effective in treating deep venous thrombosis by cather directed thromholysis. It is an important link of assuring successful treatment that performing reasonable nursing care before and after operation.
