经编弹力织物坯布两边厚密增重的探讨

摘要 针对氨纶经编坯布两边存在的厚密增重问题,分析了编织过程中坯布在各部段张力的变化及坯布两边和中间的回缩差异,同时具体介绍了在三种不同的卷布允许回缩量下和减小送经量时坯布参数的变化,并对溶剂煮练、热定形过程中坯布张力的变化进行了分析说明,认为编织时选择合理的卷布速度,采用溶剂煮练、热定形等可以减小氨纶经编坯布两边和中间各参数的差异。 This paper discussed the reasons for the lateral weight and density increase of elastic warp knitted fabrics. Detailedanalysis was made to elongation and recovery of polyurethane fiber yarns, tension changes of gray goods during theprocess of knitting, scouring and thermosetting and parameter changes of non-conventional processing. Solving methodswere put forward to deal with the lateral weight and density increase of elastic warp knitted fabrics: choice of reasonabletechnology during knitting process (especially the parameter of winding speed) in order to decrease the parameter differencesbetween the selvages and the middle part, thus providing proper conditions for scouring and thermosetting processes.
