负载型Ni-B非晶态合金在裂解汽油加氢反应中的应用研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过化学还原沉积法制备超细Ni-B/Al2O3非晶态合金催化剂,以裂解汽油一段加氢为探针反应,考察了该催化剂的活性和选择性,并与晶态Ni/Al2O3催化剂及非负载型Ni-B非晶态合金催化剂进行了比较。研究表明,Ni-B/Al2O3非晶态合金的催化活性和选择性均优于晶态Ni/Al2O3催化剂。结合等离子光谱(ICP)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、差热分析法(DTA)、透射电镜(TEM)等表征手段,探讨了Ni-B/Al2O3非晶态合金的催化性能与催化剂结构的关系。 The supported amorphous Ni-B catalyst on A12O3 was prepared by chemical reduction and impregnation method using KBH4 as the reductant and NiCl2 as the nickel source. The single-stage primary hydrogenation of pyrolysis gasoline was chosen as a probe reaction to measure the catalytic activity and selectivity of supported Ni-B/Al2O3 catalyst in comparison with crystallized Ni/Al2O3 catalyst and unsupported Ni-B amorphous alloy. The results revealed that both the catalytic activity and selectivity of amorphous Ni-B/Al2O3 were higher than that of the crystallized Ni/Al2O3. Correlation of Ni-B/Al2O3 catalytic properties with catalyst structure was discussed based on inductively coupled plasma (ICP), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), differential thermal analysis (DTA) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) characterizations.
